Thursday, July 15, 2021 - Detailed, complicated, tertiary, clinging to life with just a bit of dried cherry fruit remaining. Leathers, teas, sous bois, dirt. Incredibly light and delicate. Some nice spice in here too. Not quite decrepit but close and requires attention to pick out the remaining bits of brightness. From a case in a terrific cellar so wouldn’t wait much longer on these. Nose is 93+ palate is 90-91.
