Monday, June 8, 2015 - 3rd tap with my Coravin.
Lemon perfumed nose.
Slightly more evolved on palate(compared to last time). Seems almost off-dry with a hint of burnt caramel flavour. Perfect balance of pronounced acidity, opulent fruit and salty minerality. Very long finish and great complexity.
A very enjoyable wine.
