Thursday, August 19, 2010 - A simple Petite Sirah that offers notes of leather, a hint of black pepper, and just a touch of vanilla, but lacks much else on the nose. Flavors revolve around a central theme of ripe plum and boysenberry that is followed by a smokey decent finish.
Yet another good buy with a retail price in the $8-$9 range at my local supermarket. Went well with sausages and garlic fries. Should please most.
