Saturday, March 19, 2011 - Saturday Night at Tooch's (Tooch's - Washington, D.C.): Nose shows horseradish, cherries, must. Spicy cherries, tons of acid. Lots of peppercorn and horseradish. Bitter sttrawberries. Musty cherries. Good acid and tannins. Would be better w food. White pepper on the finish.
