Monday, July 5, 2021 - Aged probably beyond what one typically would but picked this up dirt cheap at auction so I figured it was worth the try. This wine young has a great vibrancy to it with an awesome straw color. This wine aged 14 years has a more golden color and is much softer, adopting some buttery qualities. So basically it ages like a good Burgundy. Very Nice! What a tremendous opportunity to drink this at this age. Peay team does it again!
