Thursday, September 13, 2018 - Light gray gold, effusive tropical and ripe apple nose, ripe and full-bodied palate backed by expected acidity, long and refreshing finish. White fruit all the way, seemingly no residual sugar, with softer fruit than Vouvrays I have had. Enjoyed with honey soy broiled salmon.
