Thursday, October 15, 2020 - Opened one hour in advance. Aroma of black fruit and baking spice. Robust black fruit flavors with a bit of garrique. Tart cinnamon notes in the finish. Mellow, firm backbone, some complexity, great staying power. Drinking beautifully, probably at its peak.
