Tuesday, October 30, 2018 - Nicolas Joly Coulee de Serrant 1962 - 1995: Day 1 - poured through Coravin:
Nicely fresh with honey notes, bouquet is bright. Very intense on the palate, but not overpowering. Quince peel, intensity.

Day 2 - the bottle is opened:
Gingerbread, tangerines and Christmas on the nose. Acidity is lower. Very intense and heady. Buldozer of a wine.
