Wednesday, September 30, 2015 - First bottle since 2012. Upon opening very acidic. Needs about an hour to open up then mellows out. Went very well w salmon. After seeing previous reviews was worried wine was fading, but this bottle was drinking well and while i am not expecting much improvement, it should have a few years left.
