Tuesday, October 28, 2008 - I've had a love affair with this 2000 Justin Cab. ever since it was released. While the 2000 was quite tannic and just a little off balance when it was young the years have shown how mesmerizing the transition wine can make over the years. I drank a bottle of this every year sine I purchased it in early 2000 and the wine has continued to gotten better, although it seems to have hit its peak this year and last. The bouquet is dried roses, plums and wet bark. This Justin simply makes you come back for more and more. Drink over the next 2 years.
