Tuesday, September 27, 2022 - Nice bottle, went well with roasted chicken and pasta fettuccini at Pizza Bella in San Diego. No real signs or age but fully resolved. No point in waiting any longer. Nose did develop over the hour we consumed it. Medium to full bodied, medium long after taste. Nothing to rave about but a very nice example of the genre. Wish I had more but this was a singleton. Not sure where I got it or how long it's been in the cellar, years probably.
