Saturday, December 5, 2020 - After having multiple bottles with strongly positive results, I'm upgrading my review and encouraging immediate consumption because it's better than ever; drink right now!

My old notes are below:
Time is pushing the limits of this wine but it still has very good earthy notes and excellent structure; somewhat reminiscent of a decent Burgundy. A bit heavy on the vanilla bean and new oak, but it scores high on the QPR.
