Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - Decanted 2 hours. Light read-through color with a wide clear rim. Fresh and lively aromas show red and black cherry, baking spices and savory herbs. The flavors introduce some cherry cola and spice notes all complimented by a gentle sweetness. The palate is nicely textured, impeccably balanced and refreshing. The tannins are fully integrated and that sweetness lingers on long and refreshing finish. Very pretty. Serve with a bit of a chill. Drink now through 2022.
