Wednesday, November 18, 2020 - Ah, Joe Davis and Sleepy Hollow Pinot. Light red, transparent color. I get that enticing herbal-stemmy note on the nose that I always find in Joe's Sleepy Hollows. Still fresh and lively with black cherry and hints of cola. Very refined and easy drinking on the palate. Great texture. Chambolle-ish. Really terrific wine that is drinking well now
