Monday, April 29, 2013 - I like the Arcadian Sleepy Hollow just a bit more. But, this was delightful. Lemon for the citrus, crisp apple for fruit and fine acid. I think there was more vanilla/oak than on the SH. Opened up nicely as the evening wore on. I had this with porcini filled pasta pockets with a light cream sauce. Paired beautifully.
