Saturday, November 13, 2021 - White Truffles & Nebbiolo - 2021 Edition (Chicago, IL): Exceptional and wine of the flight. Hours of air is necessary to show the plush, pure and bright cherry fruit. So much dried floral and spice with hints of leather and tar. Bright, crystalline fruit.
