Sunday, December 4, 2011 - Knightsbridge Holiday Burgundy Sale (Northbrook, IL): Powerful black cherry aromas with some tarragon and thyme, all of which continue seamlessly onto the palate. Already close to its peak drinking window, this is a charming and balanced 2007 with lots of great texture and nuance.
