Friday, August 28, 2015 - This is extraordinary tonight with rich, penetrating dark red fruit, earth, sous bois, violets and sauvage notes. The depth and concentration was impressive. Denis Mortet wines never fail to impress me. This was beautiful after about 2 1/2 hours of air, opened not decanted.
