Saturday, September 16, 2023 - Académie des Cinquante Burgundy - Germany Tasting (Overveen): Tasted blind. Beautifully matured Burgundy, flirting with Grand Cru level, cool minerality, meaty, undergrowth, matière, perfumed, earth, firm tannins, very good length. An impressively complete package - even more so for a 2007.
