Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - Youthful medium ruby red, starting to brown at the edges; very pure and precise nose, cool, mineral and deep, with well-absorbed smoky oak (100% new), floral notes from the stems (75% whole cluster) and black cherry fruit; slender but not skinny palate, fine-boned, rounds out with oxygen, fresh and energetic, elegant and refined, light flavours, gentle oak tannins, very good length. A wine of great finesse, a display of sensitive wine making. Do I detect a female hand?
