Saturday, August 7, 2010 - I've had a few nice '07 Savignys from Pavelot and Girard over the past few months, so was anxious to try this one. Not impressed. Lacking that pure, fresh red fruit that I have come to expect here. Somewhat green and even a bit moldy...perhaps more rigorous sorting was needed.
