Wednesday, May 12, 2010 - Farewell French Dinner for Christine (Coco 500, San Francisco): Clear light color. Brambly cranberry nose with wintergreen and licorice. Fine, delicate Volnay weight with a touch of wood. Tart black cherry to blackberry fruit, high acidity, outstanding focus and clarity. Will surely improve but not too shabby right now.
