Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiosjunde middag hemma hos P+H: Tema Italienskt (P+H, Södermalm): (Decanted for one and a half hour)
Still very youthful on the nose showing fennel, licorice
and hip roses with some herbs. Palate also very tight and still showing very intense and youthful tannins on the palate filled with herbs and with some licorice on the lengthy finish.
