Sunday, August 5, 2018 - This is very good and *very* Fourrier. Out of magnum in Beaune, this is open-knit and airy, but with a step up in concentration from the baseline Gevrey and 1ers, and this approaches the CSJ. Bright and fragrant and very drinkable.
