Otherwise its a forwardly expressive now, showing fresh apples, citrus rind, nougat and hints of tropical fruits. Its really cut from its own cloth, not exactly showing like a more valley centered Chardonnay we are used to. But I wouldn't really call it Burgundian either. Quite good.
