Saturday, September 30, 2023 - Fantastic, with the last sip 4hrs after opening being the best. Light bricking and and light color. Fantastic earthy and mushroom nose with hint of baking spices. Palate is around and mature with nice fruit element. Very mild tannins on the back end. Is a great spot.
