Friday, January 31, 2014 - OMG! I've been drinking and scoring wine only for 7 years and this is the first time I said "this wine is too tight and astringent. I will give some time and come back to it"; then wait a few years to find the wine aged perfectly and is now the best wine in my cellar! I drank this a few years ago and thought it was bitter. Waited a few years, thought I would drink a bottle to finally get rid of it and WOW! I just turned the learned the lesson of how certain wines age into their best! ...only wish my wine snob friends were here!
