Thursday, November 10, 2016 - I have been returning to this wine for some time now and I am always surprised. For one - there is some bottle variation in terms of energy, some bottles are kicking with energy, some are significantly calmer (not old). For two - the wine is aging beautifully, melting into honeyed waxy quince juice with orange bitter, always evolving in the glass the whole evening. Very long finish, full mouthfeel, great weight, full body but not too heavy, in fact almost airy scents of summer flowers. Very good.
