Sunday, April 10, 2022 - Drank great right after opening - vibrant acidity with honeycombed pears and buttery passion fruit. It was lively in a way most 28 year olds are not.

Acid structure was pleasant and defined. The dry finish and smooth minerality made this go great with some iberico pork belly skewers and tuna katsu.
