I was surprised to see this unveiled as the Cos. It's definitely in need of time in the cellar, as a few hours aerating in the decanter prior to the tasting did nothing for this wine. Try again in perhaps 2023.

5/29/2016 12:42:00 AM - Thanks for your note. Yes, we were quite surprised to read about sipping the 2008 now. Having said that, your note is encouraging us to perhaps crack open our case and sip a bottle now so we can compare in the coming years. Thoughts?
