Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Dinner at Peter's: A sense of cool tightness plays against depth and richness of cassis, cedar, mint. The oak influence is still quite fresh and with big tannins and a sense of hardness on the palate this feels like it has decades in the tank to soften and unfurl.
