Saturday, April 29, 2023 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (EBCC): Double blind. Aromas of sawdust, chocolate and black fruit. Flavors of blackberry and dark fruit, mocha and wood. Took some time to open up and even then remained somewhat restrained. Drank more like a Napa cab than Bordeaux. (R&D)
