Tuesday, December 22, 2020 - Subtle bouquet of blueberries, pepper, chili, undergrowth. Lush, silky palate, first night with a three hour decant already in good shape, with dark berries, dark chocolate, a medium finish, second night almost a bit more closed with harsher tannins and wood element, third night softened again. Requires another 2-3 years to be more integrated but already quite a pleasurable wine, with a nice intensity and complexity, although a bit dark and roasted.
