Wednesday, July 14, 2010 - Inoffensive, dry, too much like apple seltzer water. Just not enough fruit, character, or anything else to grab my attention. The blend--at least as of a couple years ago: 30% ugni blanc, 25% airén, 25% macabeo, 20% chenin blanc.
