Monday, April 24, 2006 - A surprisingly rich and tropical sauvignon blanc balanced by a firm backbone of acidity. Flavors of mango, pineapple and poundcake on the back palate. Drinking very well now, would go amazingly well with grilled fish toped with mango salsa.
