Very tasty - good acid but not as citrus driven as many SBs - somewhat more floral lending it a gentler finish. Very tasty and more generically food-friendly than some southern hemisphere blancs; it would pair nicely with a wide variety of dishes.

A surprisingly rich and tropical sauvignon blanc balanced by a firm backbone of acidity. Flavors of mango, pineapple and poundcake on the back palate. Drinking very well now, would go amazingly well with grilled fish toped with mango salsa.
