Friday, January 31, 2014 - Dark ruby. Perfect nose of Gevrey earth, macerated cherries, and pine. Sappy, pasty palate (a reason for my burgundy fanaticism) with layers of coco, cola, and cherry juice. Incredible fruit, especially from a usually poor vintage. An absolutely stellar bottle. Grand cru length.
