Thursday, December 24, 2009 - Opened and tasted at 63 degrees without decanting. Dark garnet in color. It is not often a wine's aroma makes my mouth water but the rich fruit welling up from this glass is doing just that. Big, rich, luscious fruit. Dark cherry, cocoa and spice. Tannins in the finish but not unpleasantly so. Napa Cab alright. This is good stuff.
