Tuesday, December 29, 2009 - What a nice surprise! A friend opened a bottle on Christmas Eve and all 3 of us that sampled the wine were blown away with the complexity and drinkability. The nose is an interesting combination of spice and rich plum. First sip gives you a mouthful of chocolate,dark berry fruit and mocha all with very soft but present tannins. One taste made me seek out this wine and now I have 36 bottles to enjoy now and in the future.
