Thursday, December 24, 2015 - Our Christmas Eve wine for four of the last five years and tonight it is as good as it has ever been. Slightly closed at first but opened up in glass within 15 minutes. The oak has almost completely dissipated. Ripe luscious cherry fruit and spice. A Merry Christmas for sure after this bottle.
