Friday, January 15, 2021 - Horrible cork; crumbled to bits. Strained through paper, decanted. followed over two evenings. The wine is in fine shape, with blood and orange peel dominating the boysenberry profile. An elegant expression of Syrah, but this will not improve. Might as well drink now.
