Wednesday, July 20, 2022 - Fantastic bottle. I’ve been coravining this for a couple months. The first few pours had strong acid structure. After some progression with the coravin this really came into its prime today, with a bright floral and blue fruited cab profle. No contemporaneous notes but this was fantastic, a huge improvement (+3) from the initial coravin pours suggesting time and air will improve this further.
