Sunday, January 30, 2011 - Pre-Birthday tasting (Willamette Valley): The nose on this one smells pretty chemically... not very appealing at all, so I couldn't garner any other notes. The palate is light, without much interest here, showing primarily some overarching green notes. The finish is really tannic and dry. I'll hold on to this one for some time hoping it softens and mellows with a few years on it.
