Sunday, December 25, 2022 - Medium+ body, slightly brown at the edges. Lovely balance, fairly fruity still (red fruit), spicy (nutmeg, bay leaf, cloves). Plums, licorice, anise, hints of tobacco and leather. Gradually aging. I would drink it now.
Delicious with some truffle paste.
