Monday, March 12, 2018 - Very dark mauve with some hints of age creeping in. Dark summer pudding fruit with extra raspberry coulis. Sweet and dark but with balancing acidity. Sweet and sour. This is right up my street and ready to go now. Can't see there's much to be gained by holding on to these too much longer. And there's no point complaining about the price. It is what it is.

Note to self: this has a ton of fine sediment and needs standing up for at least 24hrs before decanting - unless you like drinking soup.
