Friday, August 9, 2019 - Dinner at Table, Donkey and Stick (Chicago, IL): A touch backwards, but it's certainly not clamped down or unready to drink. The nose shows only a slight hint of the Musar funk, as well as some nascent secondary bordelais elements. The palate is fairly clean too, with a little bit of tannin that's not obtrusive.
