Tuesday, May 18, 2010 - Great upon first opening. Dark berries in the aroma and palate. Interesting. Not much heat. Thins out as it opens-up. Tart cherries, which I don't care for. Hoping day 2 mellows the tartness and allows the richness to pull through.
