Wednesday, December 16, 2009 - Great Vosne Dinner with Friends (Charlie Trotter's - Chicago IL): Gorgeous nose of intense red fruit, great spring flowers, then lots of baking spice. Fresh and dried raspberry and strawberry flavors with wonderful cinnamon and clove spice. Long finish unfolded showing layers of fruit, spice and some wonderful emerging mushroom elements. Seemed to get more exotic and alluring with more time in glass.
