Monday, November 5, 2018 - lovely dark colour. bright, beautiful nose, a melange of rose petals and spicy fruits, with its typical sauvage character in the background. very concentrated, sprightly, tightly-knit flavour of earthy, mineral-tinged berries with a stalky core with harmonious chords front to back. great reserves slowly evolved over 3 hours to reveal a fabulous, penetrating but ethereal delicacy, a titillating piquancy. glorious, long, mushroom tinged finish.
