Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Ten Days in Burgundy, Champagne, and Paris; 6/24/2016-7/6/2016: Young and super fruit driven with a bit of earth sneaking in. Big red cherry and raspberry. Very good acidity provides a lengthy finish. Big tannin present but not off putting. Best on the palate, hedonistic drinking right now for sure. Nose is floral but hasn't developed much complexity yet.
